It's Vivian here. Anyways, have you understand a little more about stress? If you do, we thank you. Hahaas. Doesn't mean if you don't understand we don't like you. I'm posting the stress symptoms which Melvin was suppose to do. He said he couldn't find so he did the health problems that stress cause. It’s about the same. He talks about the health problems; I'm talking more about the symptoms of stress in early stage.

There are symptoms in every aspect. There are 3 main aspects.

- On your body
- On your thoughts and feelings
- On your behaviour

## On your body
- Headache
- Back pain
- Chest pain
- Heart disease
- Heart palpitations
- High blood pressure
- Decreased immunity
- Stomach upset
- Sleep problems

## On your thoughts and feelings
- Anxiety
- Restlessness
- Worrying
- Irritability
- Depression
- Sadness
- Anger
- Feeling insecure
- Lack of focus
- Burnout
- Forgetfulness

## On your behaviour
- Overeating
- Under eating
- Angry outbursts
- Drug or alcohol abuse
- Increased smoking
- Social withdrawal
- Crying spells
- Relationship conflicts

If you do have stress symptoms, taking steps to manage your stress can have numerous health benefits.
