Hey! Melvin here, from the stress management team.

I'm going to tell you the physical health problems you will face If If If , you get stressed! hehehe , so BEWARE !

It is well known that stress, either quick or constant, can induce risky body-mind disorders.
Immediate disorders such as dizzy spells, anxiety, tension, sleeplessness,
nervousness and muscle cramps can all result in chronic health problems.
In the long run they may also affect our immune, cardiovascular and nervous systems.

When faced with chronic stress and an over activated autonomic nervous system, people begin to see physical symptoms.
The first symptoms are relatively mild, like chronic headaches and increased susceptibility to colds.
With more exposure to chronic stress, however, more serious health problems may develop.
These stress-influenced conditions include :

SOME EXAMPLES OF HEALTH PROBLEMS (:
1)depression (Nonono , not good !)
2)diabetes (Can lead to blindness, careful!!)
3)hair loss (So don’t stress if don’t want to have botakHEADs!)
4)heart disease (can die.. beware!!)
5) hyperthyroidism (it has something to do with your part below your neck)
6)obesity (FATTS )
7)obsessive compulsive or anxiety disorder
8)sexual dysfunction (eeyer, scary .. )
9)tooth and gum disease (very pain .. )
10)ulcers (a sore, which means it's an open, painful wound. Peptic ulcers are ulcers that form in the stomach or the upper part of the small intestine, called the duodenum (pronounced: doo-uh-dee-num).Peptic ulcers are actually very common.)
11)cancer (possibly)

In fact, most it’s been estimated that as many as 90% of doctor’s visits are for symptoms that are at least partially stress-related!

Meanings of some words in case you don’t know (: (actually I dontknow also ;D)
Hyperthyroidism is a condition in which there is an excessive amount of thyroid hormones (chemical messengers) circulating in the blood, usually because of an overactive thyroid gland.
-- Thyroid hormones help to regulate growth and the rate of chemical reactions (metabolism) by which the body uses energy.
-- When there is too much thyroid hormone this produces the symptoms of hyperthyroidism because of the increased activity of these hormones around the body.
-- This leads to problems caused by the speeding up of many normal body processes.
