HEY!! Atiqah here!! I cant believe that melvin actually did something.. Anw, lets get back to the main point..

Although most people would understandably prefer to avoid stress, there are certain advantages of stress. We usually think of stress as something negative and we rarely associate stress as being positive. Perhaps without even being aware of it, almost everyone has used stress to their advantage on numerous occasions in their lives. When you change the way you look at stress you can use it in your favor.

The main advantage of stress is it makes us take action. It doesn’t matter what form the stress takes, it is always a signal for us to take action in a new direction.

You can use stress to your advantage in school by doing your homework and submitting it on time. You can let stress eat you up at school by avoiding your homework and not studying for exams and not only will you most probably perform poorly in your exams, you will get even more added stress from your parents and teachers. I’m sure everyone can relate to this.

Of course it will probably always seem uncomfortable whenever any stress first appears in your life but when you realize the stress has only appeared as a warning signal you can make an immediate decision to deal with it. The more often you get in the habit of dealing with stress sooner rather than later, the less time you will spend stressed out and when you are feeling stress free you will know you are heading in the right direction.
